Refund Policy

When purchasing products, please choose carefully. We don’t normally give refunds just because you change your mind. 

Refund for Goods: You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to do. 

Refund for Treatments: We do not normally offer a refund for a treatment that we have performed if you change your mind.  

Both Consumer Affairs and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission have endorsed this Refund Policy.
