Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are not able to attend an appointment, please contact this clinic at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. This will assist us to ensure that we can accommodate another patient who may be in urgent need of our services. Every care is taken to ensure that you receive the best service within the appropriate timeframe that has been designated for you, whether you show up or not.

For this reason, if you do not contact us within 24 hours, or if your cancellation is of an inconsiderate nature, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee of up to 40% of your treatment cost. Your cooperation is therefore appreciated.
